Delivery policy

TaraGrid is a fully digital product. Nothing is shipped physically — there are no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery addresses.

What you receive

A personalized PDF naming report, delivered two ways:

  • On screen, within seconds of payment — checkout lands you directly on your report page, which stays live at its own link. It's yours to keep — bookmark it.
  • By email, as a backup — the same PDF is emailed to the address you gave at checkout.

Family Naming Pack orders can additionally generate name cards (WhatsApp-ready images and a combined PDF) from the report page after delivery — also digital, also on screen and by email.

Delivery window

Reports typically appear on your confirmation page within seconds of payment. If a technical failure delays delivery, we deliver by email as soon as possible — in all cases within 72 hours of payment confirmation. If we cannot deliver within 72 hours, you are entitled to a full refund under the Refund Policy.
